Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
· Experience with the ServiceNow platform, including configuration, customization, and integration.
· Strong technical skills, including proficiency in JavaScript, AngularJS, or other scripting languages.
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
· Experience with ITIL and other IT service management frameworks.
· ServiceNow certification in various areas such as ServiceNow Administration, IT Service Management, IT Operations Management, or Custom Application Development is desirable.
Overall, The ServiceNow Technical Consultant is responsible for configuring and customizing the ServiceNow platform for clients. The consultant works with clients to understand their business requirements and translate those into technical solutions within the ServiceNow platform
