ATLAS is seeking a highly motivated Deputy Program Manager to helm the Department of State's Coordinator for Afghan Relocation Effort (CARE) Translator/Linguist Program in Doha. In this dynamic role, you'll:
Function as the single point of contact, empowered with full on-site decision-making authority
Lead mission analysis, defining objectives and solving complex problems
Facilitate quality through observation, analysis, and customer engagement
Manage mission training delivery across simultaneous exercises
Own P&L, service delivery, quality control, and employee development
Mitigate risk and ensure rigorous quality standards are met
Interact with clients
Comply with all reporting requirements while controlling budgeted expenses
To thrive in this opportunity, you'll need a unique mix of experience, drive, and vision, including:
Secret security clearance (desired: Top Secret)
5+ years of program management expertise including serving as an OCONUS program manager
2+ years supporting relocation efforts in the Middle East, South Asia, or Europe
Proven success as a senior in-country manager for large-scale initiatives
Excellent communication skills to engage clients, leadership, and cross-functional teams
Basic computer/typing proficiency; systems like Windows, Office, and G Suite
Fluency in Pashto/Dari is a considerable asset
A passion for developing program initiatives and advocating for positive change
Exceptional critical thinking and creative problem-solving abilities
A keen eye for detail and a process-oriented mindset
