• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments to ensure data initiatives align with business objectives and drive value. 
• Team Leadership: Build and manage a high-performing data and AI team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration. 
• Performance Metrics: Establish KPIs to measure the success and impact of data and AI initiatives. 

Key Skills: 

• Proven experience in data strategy and AI implementation. 
• Strong leadership and team management skills. 
• Expertise in data analytics and machine learning technologies. 
• Excellent communication and presentation skills. 
• Knowledge of data governance and compliance frameworks. 

Years of Experience: 10+ years in data management, AI, or a related field.
