Customer Service

Main Duties:

• To be the main point of contact person between the client and studio team employees (ex., photographers, retouchers and others).
• Inspect the studio and ensure that it’s well prepare for before clients arrival, including, but not limited to inventory management, equipment arrangement and in-stocking, dress selections, decorations and etc.
• Manage studio bookings, ensure appoints are booked without conflicts, maximizing studio’s capacity, minimizing downtime between sessions.
• Handle payments from customers, prepare invoices accordingly.
• Resolve and address any issues on spot, handle any complaints or dissatisfactions from clients with professionalism and tact.
• Coordinate with photographers and clients to schedule and confirm sessions.
• Maintain client databases and ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and physical mail.
