Roles and responsibilities
The objective of this role will be to:
- Be Accountable for definition and implementation of Crewing and Training standards from regulatory watch to personel administration within Bourbon Mobility perimeter,
- Be responsible for reporting and follow-up of actions on this perimeter.
- Be accountable of Crewing process and activities for BMOI Shipmananager
Responsibilities:
- Crewing Standard definition and implementation
- Efficient follow-up of cost
- BMOI Resources adequacy
- Personnel Management of BMOI Fleet ShipManager
- KeyUser for SmartPal BMOI Crewing functions
Qualifications, Skills and Experiences
Qualifications:
• Education Master Degree
• Knowledge of Training Systems/modes/needs for seafarers
• Comprehensive working knowledge of all statutory requirements regarding Crew will be an asset
• MSc in a function related field will be an asset
Experience:
• 5 years experience in Crewing in Marine or a related function
FLUENT FRENCH IS REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION
