We will count on you to:
Drive clearances of collections, leading escalations with cedants, clients, insurers, and intermediaries in a professional manner while building strong relationships. Gain in-depth knowledge of the service you will handle within the first 30 days, attain competency and establish good relationships with colleagues within 60 days, and independently manage the process as a Subject Matter Expert within 90 days. Focus on operational delivery, ensuring quality responses and timely turnaround, while optimizing technology to minimize routine manual work and maintain a lean process. Drive the delivery of financial and operational KPIs, leading to efficient credit control and process improvements across similar functions. Ensure the highest level of proficiency in handling accounts from a fiduciary perspective, maintaining accuracy and compliance with internal and external regulations.
What you need to have:
A graduate degree in Commerce or a related field. 2 years of experience in operations within the financial services sector. Strong knowledge of the broking business and insurance terminologies. Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly MS Excel and MS Word. Excellent communication skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks during peak periods.
