Receives customers in showroom, greets them, and attends to their inquiries professionally about in-house financing and understands customer needs.
Attending customers enquiries received through e-mails, CRM, Mobile Engage app. and by telephones.
Explain the financing products offered by AAM to customers.
Explain the financing requirements (documents) to customers as per approved policies and provide solutions to their queries on the spot.
Explain to the customer about the shariah compliant Financing Products and ensure its procedures and documentations.
Receives the documents provided by vehicle loan applicants physically, via e-mail, engage app or WhatsApp and requests for additional information from customers, if required.
Demonstrate professional skepticism while reviewing the documents to ensure authenticity of documents.
Evaluate risk and credit worthiness of customers by analyzing the full information.
Generate Customer Credit Bureau report from an online Qatar Credit Bureau portal.
Coordinate with customer to offer the financing terms (down payment, loan period, tenure, collaterals, etc.) based on Credit Assessment.
Follow up with customer on the decision.
Once customer agrees to the terms and conditions, Create the loan case in SAP system and Process for management approval.
Personally explain to line Supervisor about the decision and share the detailed information with the line supervisor.
Ensure that decision is within the agreed timelines.
Once the loan case is approved, inform the customer, and communicate with the sales team to proceed with invoicing.
Update the customer details in customer master in SAP.
Update Vehicle quotation and payment terms in SAP.
