Work within the marketing team to develop campaigns, art directions, concepts, and overall creative feel.
Develop the creative direction for projects assigned, in collaboration with agencies and internal teams.
Understand, evaluates and leverages on design needs, ideas, and concepts to generate innovative communication solutions.
Support the audio-visual team in producing TVC, animations and photo-shoots, including art direction, operations, supplier supervision, design management etc.
Develop and implement environmental design projects such as exhibition design, activations etc.
Work within the marketing team in the development and management of AD campaigns in both, digital and print medium.
Designing and keeping all digital and print materials under guidelines along with maintaining execution quality.
Select and purchase art, illustration and photographic supplies as required.
Gather information and create data through proper research to clarify design issues.
Assist Marketing team with brainstorming, marketing, and advertising strategies. Represent ideas creatively, within the marketing team.
Master digital and manual skills in producing designs materials for proofs, executions, and productions.
Polishing the brand guideline where and when needed from simple forms design to local and international campaigns, insuring the communication of our brand the best way possible.
Assume or accept any other responsibilities as assigned by the direct supervisor within the position role and responsibility.
Patient Safety-Attend and successfully complete competencies which focus on patient safety initiatives implemented within Aspetar Orthopedic and Sports Medicine Hospital. Patient Safety Training is an annual requirement, to include all organizational leaders, staff, service, and contracted providers.
Necessary knowledge and Experience to be able to do the job:
Minimum 3 to 5 years of related experience of which a minimum of 1 year should be in a similar position / responsibility, preferably in a similar Industry.
Education and Certification requirements:
High Diploma or bachelor’s degree in graphic/creative design or a relevant field.
Exposure to exceptional creativity and innovative design skills.
Job specific technical Skills:
Demonstrated knowledge of the principles, practices and techniques of digital art, graphic design, production, layout, and illustration. Understands & leverages graphic design concepts.
Ability to manage multiple projects at a time.
Excellent verbal and written communication are a must.
