Partner with the CFO to implement robust financial controls, manage financial risks, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, safeguarding the organization’s financial health and integrity.
Monitor financial performance across corporate functions, identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
Develop and implement a comprehensive supply chain strategy that aligns with the organization's business goals, focusing on optimizing procurement, logistics, and inventory management to drive efficiency and cost savings.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key vendors and suppliers, ensuring the organization benefits from strategic partnerships, favorable terms, and a reliable supply of goods and services.
Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, including disruptions and compliance issues, while also promoting sustainable practices throughout the supply chain to support the organization’s commitment to environmental responsibility.
Oversee the development and implementation of policies, procedures and controls covering all areas of the function so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service to stakeholders.
Oversee the management of legal contract dates, ensuring all contracts are up-to-date and compliant with regulatory requirements.
Manage the organization's claims and litigation processes, working closely with the legal team to minimize risks and ensure favorable outcomes.
Provide strategic advice on legal matters, ensuring the organization operates within the legal frameworks and regulatory environments in which it operates.
Collaborate closely with the CIO to develop and implement an IT strategy that aligns with the organization’s broader business goals, driving innovation and ensuring technology initiatives support long-term growth.
Work in partnership with the CIO to strengthen the organization’s cybersecurity posture, developing comprehensive risk management strategies that protect against digital threats and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
Oversee the optimization of IT infrastructure and operations, ensuring that networks, systems, and applications are scalable, cost-effective, and aligned with the organization’s evolving needs.

Minimum 20 years working experience, 15 years in a relevant management/leadership position, 5 years GCC experience is a plus
