Responsibilities
1.Oversee the full range of contract activities and provide direction and support to personnel involved in commercial administration and all contracting work.
2.Collaborate closely with Legal & Top Management for the review and acceptance of contracts and customer orders.
3.Lead the end-to-end contract lifecycle management, from drafting and negotiation to execution and closure.
4.Manage and maintain accurate records for all contract-related correspondence and documentation.
5.Prepare and manage commercial correspondences sent to clients following the issuance of purchase orders.
6.Support the identification and preparation of claims for order variations by analyzing the scope of work.
7.Manage and perform pre-contract activities, including bidder commercial qualification, tender administration and evaluation, negotiations, and the awarding of contracts and intercompany arrangements for various projects and clients.
8.Prepare and negotiate contract terms, conditions, and special provisions flowed down to subcontracts.
9.Serve as the primary point of contact for contract-related inquiries and dispute resolution.
10.Ensure adherence to established procedures and best practices throughout the contract management process.
Requirements
1.Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Law, Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant
2.certifications (e.g., Certified Commercial Contracts Manager (CCCM)) is preferred.
3.10+ years’ experience, preferably in a similar position in the Oil and Gas or energy sector
4.Minimum of five years’ progressive responsibility with quantifiable results in contract negotiation, administration and/or management
5.Software Skills: ERP, MS Office
