Job Description
Reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
- Keeping abreast of industry trends, social media tools, and emerging platforms
- Creating and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the yearly marketing calendar.
- Identifying target audiences and tailoring content to resonate with them.
- Managing and overseeing social media accounts on different platforms
- Managing and actively corroborating with the agency to execute day to day tasks
- Preparing regular reports showcasing performance and providing insights for improvement.
- Monitoring and analyzing social media metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Encouraging and leveraging user-generated content to build brand loyalty.
- Collaboration with barter and paid influencers
- Reviewing and editing copy for clarity, grammar, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Deep analysis of performance for each social media campaign
- Analysis of competition hotels on social media channels
- Provide monthly report on target and results
Qualifications
Your experience and skills include:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media content creator or in a similar role.
- Strong writing and communication skills.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics.
- Creativity in developing engaging and shareable content.
- Knowledge of current trends and best practices in social media marketing.
- Excellent multitasking and time-management skills.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Flexibility to adapt to evolving trends and changes in the social media landscape.
- Understanding of brand voice and the ability to maintain consistency in messaging.
- An existing network or relationships with influencers, bloggers, or others in the social media are advantage.
