Job Summary
The Consultant is a professional advisor in their respective field of expertise providing guidance to the business or organization and the individuals in terms of systems, processes or overall business strategies.
Job Responsibilities 1
Conducts research and analysis to provide expert insight and recommendations for complex situations or issues
Meet with management and staff to understand their requirements and recommend guidance on a range of issues from operational concerns to strategic planning and in between.
Conduct situational and data analysis to identify problems, improve business performance, increase profitability or achieve specific goals.
Present and explain findings to appropriate executives to guide them on the next steps to take for the benefit of the business at large.
Ensure the proper understanding and implementation of strategies recommended or being developed as well as managing projects from start to finish, ensuring they meet deadlines with within budgets.
Job Knowledge & Skills
Excellent organizational and coordination skills.
A great listener with the ability to communicate with people of diverse disciplines.
Extremely well versed and always up to date with emerging trends in the respective area of expertise.
ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills may be a requirement to be successful in this role.
Job Experience
Minimum 5 years of total experience.
3 years of industry-related experience.
Minimum 1 year in GCC is preferred.
