About the location:


seaside retreat in the heart of Qatar’s capital; experience the completely new Four Seasons Hotel Doha, reimagined with modern grandeur and sparkling with sunlight and sea views. From the elegant lobby to energetic restaurants and lounges, our beachfront urban retreat has been transformed into a vibrant hotspot, while remaining true to our Qatari roots. This stunning urban beachfront retreat opened in April 2005 in the heart of the business district, and has 237 rooms and 20 unbranded townhouses villas, a large Food and Beverage operation with 10 stunning venues including the world’s largest Nobu restaurant, significant banquets/outside catering, five pools and a private beach, fitness center, and a spa and wellness center offering guests expansive hydrotherapy facilities including an ice room, colour therapy room, steam room and hydrotherapy pool. The hotel completed a beautiful renovation in 2019 and re-opened in March 2020.

Job Description:-


  • The ability to provide accurate information to guests in a courteous manner; fill all reasonable guests requests or requirements; anticipates guests needs.
  • The ability to take messages for in-house or arriving guests in accordance with procedures, with an emphasis on accuracy and proper follow-up.
  • The ability to properly handle incoming and outgoing mail, telexes, packages and faxes.
  • The ability to know what activities are available in the city, ie. theater, the arts, special exhibits, concerts, shows, sports, leisure activities, sightseeing tours, etc. and to establish close contacts with people in these areas to provide information, ticketing, reservations, etc. for guests.
  • The ability to recite all hotel services, hours of operation, key personnel, hotel policies, etc.
  • The ability to keep the Chef/Head Concierge and senior management well-informed of any guests problems or complaints, and action taken.
  • The ability to maintain the Concierge Desk and storage areas in an orderly manner; direct bell and door staff in the maintenance of the front entrance and lobby.
  • The ability to assist in the reconciliation of charges originating from the Concierge Desk (i.e., limousines, car rentals, flowers, tours).
  • The ability to work closely with the Valet Parking staff to ensure the smooth handling of guests and patron vehicles.
  • The ability to work closely with the bell attendants to ensure smooth handling of guest luggage, message delivery and/or special requests.
  • The ability to display a high level of integrity and professionalism at all times in dealing with guests, employees and outside contacts.
  • The ability to respond properly in any hotel emergency or safety situation.
  • The ability to perform other tasks or projects as assigned by hotel management and staff.
  • The ability to use the hotel computer system and phone system.
  • Acts as a brand ambassador to our Hotel and Four Seasons at all times.
  • Providesupportandrespond to inquiries in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum employee,guests,or vendor satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons’ policies.
  • Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
  • Comply with and enforce Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills


  • The ideal candidate will have an outgoing personality and a can-do approach to an assigned task
  • Significant experience creating high-quality marketing content
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge in graphic design and digital marketing
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
  • Positive team attitude and willingness to assist where needed
  • Requires reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language, Arabic is an asset
  • Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management is preferred
