We are looking for an experienced Concierge who can provide our tenants with the best guest experience.
Responsibilities are as follows:
To assist tenants and guests with Concierge Services such as - entertainment, dining bookings, sending and receiving courier packages and to direct guests within and outside the property.
Adhere to the policies & procedures of Alfardan Properties’ Quality Management System.
Competent awareness of the offered facilities and services of the property.
Respond to tenants’/guests’ inquiries with accurate and helpful information in a courteous manner
Aware of updated information on local tourism, business locations, sights and events within Qatar and able to communicate information to tenants/guests
Address enquiries via call, through Concierge mobile application and monitors bookings and user registrations. Handle incoming and outgoing mail services
Ensure that messages received by the Concierge are promptly communicated to the concerned person
Keep an open loop communication with Chief Concierge, Property Manager and other department heads
Participate in Concierge departmental meetings and trainings
Coordinate all relevant information, complaints and feedback immediately to Customer Service
Keep and update record of recreational facilities information (and bookings if needed)
Keep and update record of calls and messages
Report any incidents happening within the property
Ensure confidentiality of tenants’ information
Wear proper uniform at all times and maintain standards of appearance, personal hygiene, behavior and discipline
Implement the shift handover procedures
Carry out other duties required to ensure smooth operation
