Compliance Officer
Ensure the organization complies with internal policies and legal regulations.
Develop compliance programs, monitor and audit business activities, and provide training to employees on compliance-related topics.
Report on compliance issues and improvements.
Plan and conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies.
Prepare audit findings, report potential risks, and recommend corrective actions.
Coordinate with management and external auditors.
