We currently have an opportunity within SPIE Oil & Gas Services Doha for a:

Communication Security equipment Assistant Technician - Male

Job Purpose:

This position is a unique opportunity with so many advantage in oil and gas career sector in one of the most important Project handled by SPIE in Qatar with  QatarEnergy in which the Project in its 08th year multi discipline tasks in Maintenance and Operation of large Industrial Area

The candidate starts with general skills like :

Reading drawings, Single line diagram, general maintenace of different Telecom systems and equipment 

Written communication, Active listening, Verbal communication, editing.

Organization, Time management, Attention to detail, Problem-solving, 

Computer literacy essential and familiarity with MS Office 2000 packages.

The candidate concludes with important abilities including Safe work culture and practices 

Your main duties will be to:-

Maintenance of PAGA System, TETRA Radio, VHF/UHF Radio, Audio Visual System, CCTV Camera, Access Control System, communication systems and networks and Driver Virtual Simulator System, SCADA and BMS

You will be demanded to realize the following activities and tasks 

 - Troubleshooting of all kind of Telecom Trips & alarm)

- Application of general maintenance

- Routine test and inspections of Telecom system and equipment

Profile

Ideally you will have Trade certificate Instrumentation / Control / Electronics / Communication / Security Equipment from a recognized
institution

The candidate shall have relevant experience in the oil and gas or petrochemical industry or in a similar facility.

The candidate should have experience in operation and maintenance of PAGA System, TETRA Radio, VHF/UHF Radio, Audio Visual System, CCTV Camera, Access Control System, communication systems and networks and Driver Virtual Simulator System, SCADA and BMS, etc.

The candidate should be familiar with international codes and standards.

Staff selected for this position shall have good spoken in English.
