We are seeking a talented and passionate Commis Chef with expertise in Japanese cuisine, specifically sushi, to join our team. As a Sushi Chef at Kitopi, you’ll be the artist behind our delicious Maki, Nigiri, and Sashimi creations. Using fresh ingredients like raw and cooked fish, fruits, and vegetables, you’ll bring to life the authentic taste of Japanese cuisine. You’ll work in one of our Satellite Kitchens, aligning with brand standards and recipes to ensure consistency and accuracy across all food orders + Strong knowledge and experience in Japanese cuisine, particularly sushi (Maki, Nigiri, Sashimi).
+ Passion for sushi and maintaining high standards in food quality and safety.
+ Experience as a Sushi Chef, with the ability to demonstrate sushi rolling techniques.
+ Ability to follow recipes and maintain consistency across multiple brands.
+ Fluent in English and based in Qatar, ready to join immediately.
