• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Commis Chef specializing in Pastry/Bakery is required.
• Internships or practical training in Pastry and Bakery are advantageous.
• Commitment to maintaining quality standards and adhering to recipes.
• Willingness to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required in the hotel industry.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
