About the role As the Commercial Analytics Manager, you will oversee all aspects of visualization, data analysis, management, and governance. You will manage a team of analysts, in collaboration with engineers, working to develop advanced visualizations and analytics solutions to implement data-driven insights across the organization. The ideal candidate should have experience in building insightful visualizations, leading teams, developing strategies, and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams. · Work with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and identify opportunities to leverage data to drive business decisions. · Plan and develop effective training programs, both face-to-face and virtual targeting the whole commercial departments aiming at upgrade analytical and technical skills of the organization. · 7+ years of experience in data analysis, with 3+ years of experience in a management role. · Experience managing and leading teams, and developing strategies for data analytics and management. · Strong knowledge of visualisation tools such as Tableau, Microsoft Power BI, and Qlik. · Experience with Agile methodology · Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to senior management. · Demonstrated ability to build and foster cross-functional relationships. · Proven and adequate knowledge of Analytic techniques and Business analysis concepts. Adequate knowledge of Business Planning and Strategy concepts and techniques. · Strong Qualitative and Quantitative Analysis skills. · Highly developed skills with MS Office Suite (i.e. Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) · Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast paced, dynamic environment to deadline. · Managerial skills - Ability to delegate work, set clear direction and manage workflow. Strong mentoring and coaching skills. Ability to train and develop subordinate's skills. Ability to foster teamwork among team members.
