Civil Supervisor

A Civil Supervisor is responsible for overseeing construction projects and ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Key responsibilities include:

• Managing Operations: Oversee daily operations on construction sites, ensuring adherence to design specifications and safety standards. 
• Coordinating Teams: Work closely with site engineers and manage construction teams to monitor progress and resolve issues. 
• Quality Control: Inspect work to ensure it meets quality standards and project specifications. 
• Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with stakeholders, including clients and contractors, to provide updates and address concerns. 
• Project Management: Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project completion.
