Chef de Partie
As a Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for supervising and managing a section of the kitchen. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
· Prepare high-quality dishes consistently.
· Supervise junior team members and provide guidance.
· Ensure all kitchen operations meet safety and hygiene standards.
A Chef de Partie serving Hilton brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviors, skills, and values that follow:
· Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role.
· Creative approach to food presentation.
· Strong leadership and coaching skills.
· Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Start Date: February 15, 2024
Contract Duration: 2 months (2 weeks before Ramadan, 2 weeks after Ramadan)
