  • Developandmaintainarepositoryofnon-technicalcareerdevelopmentresources, includingtrainingmaterials,jobaids,e-Leorning modules,andother relevantcontent
  • Collaborate with externalvendors, consultants, and subject matter experts to Leverage external expertise and resources when needed.
  • Monitorandevaluatetheeffectivenessoftechnicalcareerdevelopmentinitiatives through metrics and feedback.
  • Providecoachingandmentoringtoemployeesaboutnon-technicalcareerdevelopment.
  • Maintain confidentiality andhandlesensitiveemployeeinformationwithdiscretion.
  • Stay updatedonindustrytrendsandidentifyrelevanttraininganddevelopment opportunities.
  • Conductneedsassessmentfordevelopmentinitiativesandmaintainsalignmentwith industrystandardsandbestpractices.
  • Guidemanagersandemployeesinthecreationofcareerdevelopmentplans.
  • Monitorandmaintaintheprogressofactivedevelopmentplans.
  • Scheduleregularreviewmeetingswithdevelopment planholdersandhis/herline manager and/or mentor.
  • CollaboratewiththeLearningteamtoensurethattrainingcoursesalignwith development needs of the participants.
  • Work closely with CD Specialist (Technical) to ensure develop Career Development Plans are comprehensive
  • Maintainaccuraterecords.
  • Leverageexpertisetocontributetobroaderfunctionordepartmentinitiativesas identified by theCareer Development Lead


Requirements
  • 8-10yearsextensiveexperienceinrelatedfield.
  • Bachelor'sdegreeinarelatedfield(e.g.,L&D,OrganizationalDevelopment,oratechnicaldiscipline).
  • AMaster's degree is a plus.
  • Certificationsinpsychometrictools,MBTI,InsightsorHogonwillbe an advantage
  • ExperienceinTrainingNeeds Analysis,Non-technicaltrainingdesign, Trainingassessment
  • Knowledgeable HRSystems andtalentmanagement softwareLearningmanagement System(LMS)andothere Learning platforms.
  • ProjectmanagementandData Analysis
  • Careerdevelopment andcounselling.Strongorganizationalandprojectmanagementabilitiestoplan, coordinate,andexecutecareer development initiativeseffectively.
  • PsychometricassessmentsandCompetencyassessmentmechanisms
  • Organizationalacumen,Criticalthinkingandanalysis
  • TalentmanagementandAdultLearningprinciplesandinstructionaldesignmethodologies.
  • Effectivepresentationandbusinessfunctioning
  • Professionalcertificationsrelatedtocareerdevelopment,coaching,ortrainingaredesirable.
