We’re looking for a proactive, results driven
professional with a passion for sales and business growth to join our team in
Qatar for a Business Development Executive role. In this role, you’ll be
playing a pivotal role in driving growth and expanding our business process
outsourcing services through market research, identification of business
opportunities, nurturing client relationships and supporting strategic plans
for HR outsourcing and other services in Qatar and other regions.
Requirements
Business Development Experience: Proven track record in selling BPO services ideally with an experience in selling Human Resource Outsourcing services.
Strong Network and Key Relations: Possess a robust network and established relationships.
Deep Knowledge of Qatar Market: Understand local nuances and trends. An understanding of professional resourcing / manpower provision would be very advantageous.
Passion for Growth: Drive expansion and success through strategic thinking and results oriented mindset.
Advantageous
Arabic Language Skills: Preferred for effective communication.
GCC Region Knowledge: Familiarity with the GCC market is a strong advantage.
Defence Industry Exposure: Experience in defense-related projects are a plus.
