Nair Systems, is a QFC based, boutique leading edge technology consulting and professional services firm focusing on Digital Banking, Artificial Intelligence, Big Data & Data Analytics, Cyber Security, Blockchain and Cryptocurrency and Robotic Process Automation.Nair Systems is currently looking Business Analyst for our Qatar operations with the following terms & conditions.Educational Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in design, human-computer interaction, or a related field.• University graduate with a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Information Technology,• Engineering or any other related technical discipline.• Master’s degree in Management/ Technology any other related discipline will be an added advantage.Experience: • 7-10 years of total experience in financial services/banking industry, entailing responsibilities pertaining to the specific area of discipline.• Previous experience in Business Analysis and digital/ data-driven projects.• 7 to 12 years of experience in software quality assurance and testing in financial domain• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and techniques.• Proficiency in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases

Ability to automate repetitive testing tasks to improve efficiency and reliability.• Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex systems and• identify potential areas of improvement or risk. Capable of troubleshooting issues and providing effective solutions.• Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Capable of articulating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and fostering a collaborative work environment.• Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring that all aspects of software testing are thoroughly examined and documented. Ability to identify subtle issues and discrepancies that may impact product quality.• Leadership and Mentorship: Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience leading testing efforts and mentoring junior members of the BA team. Capable of providing guidance, support, and constructive feedback to team members.• Continuous Learning: Proactive in staying updated on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and advancements in software testing methodologies. Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new tools and techniques.
