Join our
Smart Infrastructure Building Products Business unit as Territory Sales and
help us re-imagine the world by finding solutions and making the world a
smarter place for tomorrow.
Key
Responsibilities:
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new
channel partners to expand market reach.
- Develop and maintain strong
relationships with existing channel partners, ensuring their continued
commitment and sales contribution.
- Ensure efficient sales support for
all partners and customers with BMS, LCS and PICV product portfolio demand.
- Establish and track key performance
indicators (KPIs) for channel partners, monitoring their sales performance,
market share, and overall effectiveness.
- Create and execute channel partner
marketing and sales strategies.
- Plan and ensures overall HVAC control
and LCS volumes, customer visits and strategic activities.
- Analyze the specific market
conditions and builds a sound market related network of stakeholders.
- Prepare regular reports and forecasts
on channel partner performance for senior management.
- Coordinate and negotiates proposals
in cooperation with inside sales/other involved professionals and management.
- Collaborate with internal sales,
marketing, and technical teams to provide partners with the necessary training,
resources, and product knowledge.
- Provide and manage information for
forecasts and planning via salesforce CRM system such as opportunity funnels.
- Establish and supports demand
generation & value selling through partners.
- Conduct BMS, LCS and PICV sales
training and provide support for product selection and value engineering.
- Develop relationship with various
consultants, end users and contractors to increase reach of our existing
partners.
- Collect data related to market
transparency to enable prepare business growth plans and strategy.
- Working with planners &
consultants for approvals, design and specifications.
- Managing and meeting main
contractors, EPC’s and MEP contractors to ensure sales
Your Qualifications and Skills –
Digital and Solid!- Bachelor's degree in mechanical or
electrical degree.
- Strong know-how of Building
Management, Lighting Control (KNX) and HVAC control products and solutions.
- Strong organizational and sales
management skills.
- Experience in BMS &LCS for a
manufacturer or channel partner in a sales manager role (5-8 years)
- Preferably, experience in Siemens Building
Management System and lighting control system and/or with others leading Building
Management System Products
- Understanding of promoting premium
products with value-selling against price driven market / competitors.
- Strong HVAC control understanding.
- The ability to motivate the partners
to push/sell Siemens products to achieve targets.
- Qatar market knowledge, Sales and
customer development, Domain-specific standards and regulations Identifying and
developing customer value, Sales and customer development,
- Account business planning,
Consultative selling and Communicative, passionate, self-driven, reliable and
fast-learner.
- Results-driven, with a track record
of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Fluent English language skills,
Arabic language is preferred.
