Lead and manage IT airport projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.Ensure resource availability and allocation.Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
