Apt Resources is seeking a skilled CRM Manager to join a prestigious client in the automotive industry in Qatar. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) strategies and systems to enhance customer engagement, retention, and satisfaction. You will work closely with various departments to ensure customer data is effectively managed and leveraged to drive business growth.Responsibilities: Develop and execute CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement, retention, and overall satisfaction. Oversee the management and optimization of CRM systems and platforms to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to align CRM efforts with overall business goals. Analyze customer data and generate insights to guide marketing campaigns, loyalty programs, and service improvements. Lead and manage the CRM team, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback. Monitor CRM performance metrics and KPIs to track the success of campaigns and identify areas for improvement. Ensure that customer data is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with data privacy regulations. Drive CRM system innovations and improvements to enhance customer experiences and business outcomes.
