As an Administration Coordinator, you will be responsible in providing administration support for the smooth functioning of the QE Cabin Services department on a daily basis. Performs administrative duties, which require the handling of IT assets, stationaries, and other office facilities. Represents the department through the management of correspondence, telephone and personal contacts. Undertakes assignments as directed by the management in order to support Departmental initiatives. Will be in charge of handling confidential documentation.
