Responsibilities:Handle daily purchases for the café, ensuring timely procurement of quality supplies.Maintain accurate financial records, including bookkeeping and data entry.Track and reconcile daily transactions, ensuring accuracy in accounts.Manage and organize supplier contracts, invoices, and payment records.Prepare financial reports, expense summaries, and budgets for management review.Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with vendors for replenishment.Ensure compliance with Qatar’s financial regulations and standards.Support in auditing processes and provide required documentation.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.Experience: 1–2 years in accounting or purchasing roles (preferred).Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.Proficient in financial software and Excel.Must be currently based in Qatar and ready to join immediately.Compensation & Benefits:Salary: Competitive and aligned with market standards.Full benefits as per Qatari labor laws.
