Key Result Areas


  • Lead the design and development of management reports to assess the performance of entities and ensure alignment with QF's strategic goals.
  • Work with various departments and entities to ensure that reports are accurate, comprehensive, and informative.
  • Evaluate the performance of QF Associated Entities and Incubated Centres, providing insights into operational efficiency and alignment with QF's mission.
  • Analyze data and present findings in a clear, actionable format for senior leadership.
  • Collect relevant data and information from QF entities to compile into structured and concise reports.
  • Ensure timely and efficient compilation of data to meet deadlines for quarterly, annual, and ad-hoc reports.
  • Track and follow up on action items related to corporate reporting, ensuring that all entities comply with the directives and implement necessary decisions.
  • Act as a liaison between the hiring department and other internal departments to ensure consistency in reporting and action item completion.
  • Manage special reporting projects, especially those linked to QF Associated Entities and Incubated Centres.
  • Address the reporting needs of entities with limited reporting capabilities, enhancing their capacity to produce effective and relevant reports.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve reporting processes and structures, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Work with the team to implement new tools, systems, or methodologies for reporting.
  • Collaborate with senior management to align reporting objectives and outcomes with organizational goals.
  • Perform the Champion role as assigned by supervisor and in alignment of the approved Champions Manual. 
  • Other reasonable tasks as assigned by supervisor.

Minimum Knowledge, Skills & Experience:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a relevant field.
  • 6-8 years of relevant full-time work experience, 2 of which at a supervisory level. 
  • Experience in handling special projects and coordinating across multiple stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with QF or similar entities' governance structures and reporting standards is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and research skills.
  • Exceptional communication, organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with senior executives and stakeholders.
  • High degree of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and quality.
  • Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent writing skills with the ability to draft and edit a variety of written reports and communications and to articulate ideas clearly and concisely; Arabic proficiency is an advantage. 
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
