Coordinate the implementation of common functionalities of Site-Wide SCADA systems features
Assist in developing operational strategies and improvements for of MEP, automation systems, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
Assist in leading cross-functional teams in implementing process improvements and sustainability initiatives
Assist in collaborating with the facilities head and other engineers to ensure effective operation and maintenance of systems
Assist in analyzing processes and system performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Assist in planning, scheduling, and carrying out facilities inspections & highlight deviations from standard practices
Assist in reviewing impact of projects and modification on processes and systems under F&I department
Assist in conducting pre-implementation checks on drawings, proposed plant changes and new projects.
Participate in project commissioning to achieve smooth implementation and scheduled start-up.
Assist in reviewing energy & water production/consumption and identify areas for improvement.
Assist in reviewing the equipment operational parameters to ensure they are maintained within operational range.
Support Engineer in reviewing /creating and implementing of the appropriate operating envelope for diverse equipment in the district cooling plant and various facilities.
Support the development of process improvements for equipment in the District Cooling plant and utilities services across various facilities.
Asses the risks associated with various activities conducted through the Permit to Work (PTW) system.
Assist in inspecting Permit To Work system implementations and make site visits to ensure compliance with safety procedures & regulations.
Assist in conducting root cause analysis pertaining to failure of processes at Facilities and DCI.
Assist in carrying out the periodical processes technical audit to ensure facilities and infrastructure activities comply with departmental procedures and best practices.
Other reasonable tasks as assigned by Engineer
Minimum Requirements:
High School & 2-5 years experience in facility operations, district cooling and process engineering
Certifications in energy management or sustainability preferred
Excellent writing skills with the ability to draft and edit a variety of written reports and communications and to articulate ideas clearly and concisely; Arabic proficiency is an advantage
