WORK REQUIREMENTS
Move One requires Relocation Consultants to be dedicated to only Move One and not perform relocation or real estate services for other companies at the same time.
Relocation Consultants' workloads are flexible and agreed in advance. Once a Consultant is appointed to a transferee, they are expected to handle the communication and physical service from start to finish. We, therefore, request that Consultants provide the in-house Relocation Team with their set available days and hours well in advance. Consultants are required to be committed to handle a transferee’s support (i.e. 1, 2 or 3 days face-to-face as well as telephone and email communication prior to, during and follow ups) start to finish to avoid disruption or communication and relationship building barriers. Flexible hours have no minimum per month or maximum as they vary based on the Consultant’s availability and the work load.
All members of the Relocation team (in-house or flexible) are required to use the Move One CRM for tracking all work performed, communication about the job, client and transferee data, planned and modified itineraries, feedback and comments about the ongoing service and a full, detailed report upon service completion.
