Job Title: Sales and Recruiting Manager - Study Abroad Services Sales and Recruiting ManagerPosition Type: Full-time FULLY REMOTE WORKING JOB (ANY COUNTRY)Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 6 PM Salary Range: 200-250 US Dollars per month plus bonuses Based on sales performanceStart Date: January 2025Job Summary:The Sales Manager will drive business by connecting with potential customers, promoting study abroad and travel services, and converting leads into sales. This role requires excellent communication skills, knowledge of study abroad and travel services and a strong sales-driven attitude.Key Responsibilities:Customer Engagement:- Initiate contact with prospective clients, offering tailored services based on their needs.- Address customer inquiries about loan eligibility, terms, and conditions effectively.Achieving Sales Targets:- Meet or exceed individual sales targets set by the company on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate services.Lead Generation & Follow-Up:- Proactively manage leads provided by internal teams and external sources, converting them into successful sales.- Maintain a thorough database of prospective and existing customers, ensuring follow-up and timely engagement.-Enter lead in CRM and track progress until sales are completed Processing & Coordination:- Assist customers through the registration and application process and ensure all required documentation is collected and submitted accurately.- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth data processing and approval.Customer Relationship Management:- Foster strong relationships with new and existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.- Handle customer queries and concerns professionally, ensuring a positive experience throughout their journey.Sales Reporting & Market Insights:- Regularly update sales performance reports and track progress against targets.- Provide feedback to management on market trends and customer preferences to inform product strategies.Service Knowledge & Training:- Keep up-to-date with the company's offerings, industry trends, and competitor products and services- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and personal development to continually improve sales performance.Collaboration & Teamwork:- Work closely with other departments, including marketing and underwriting teams, to align efforts and maximize sales potential.- Participate in team activities such as morning huddles and group training sessions.Compensation & Benefits:- Performance-based commission and attractive incentives.Career Growth:-This position offers growth opportunities within the sales department, including potential advancement to supervisory or managerial roles based on performance.
