Laundry Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Management:
• Coordinate daily laundry operations, including washing, drying, ironing, and folding of linens and garments.
• Ensure timely and efficient processing of all laundry items.
• Team Supervision:
• Supervise laundry staff, providing guidance and support.
• Ensure staff follow proper procedures and safety protocols.
• Quality Control:
• Inspect laundry items to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Address and resolve any issues related to laundry quality or service.
• Equipment Maintenance:
• Monitor the condition and performance of laundry equipment.
• Report any equipment issues to the Laundry Manager and coordinate repairs as needed.
• Inventory Management:
• Maintain inventory of laundry supplies and chemicals.
• Ensure timely procurement and proper storage of supplies.
• Compliance:
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Implement and monitor laundry protocols and procedures.
• Reporting:
• Prepare regular reports on laundry operations and performance.
• Document all activities and any issues that arise.
