Key Responsibilities
· Supervise the civil maintenance team to ensure high-quality repairs and maintenance of building structures
· Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules
· Conduct regular inspections and coordinate necessary repairs
· Ensure compliance with building codes and safety standards
· Oversee quality control of materials and workmanship
· Train, mentor, and supervise technicians to maintain high standards of service and safety
· Manage work orders, maintenance records, and budgets
· Coordinate with the Building Fabric / Civil Engineer on major projects and renovations
Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications and Experience
· Minimum of 7 years of supervisory experience in high-end facilities management, preferably in luxury settings
· Strong knowledge of building codes, structural maintenance, and safety regulations
· Proven leadership and team management skills
· Advanced technical certification or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field, or extensive hands-on experience
· Professional appearance and demeanor, reflecting Sindalah’s luxury standards
· Strong English skills, both written and verbal, are mandatory
