Facilities Engineer (MEP)

Key Responsibilities

• System Maintenance:
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Ensure all MEP systems are operational and efficient.
• Technical Support:
• Provide technical expertise on MEP systems.
• Coordinate with external contractors for specialized maintenance and repairs.
• Compliance and Safety:
• Ensure all MEP systems comply with relevant regulations and standards.
• Implement safety protocols for the operation and maintenance of MEP systems.
• Energy Management:
• Monitor and optimize energy usage within the facilities.
• Implement energy-saving measures and initiatives.
• Reporting:
• Prepare regular reports on the status and performance of MEP systems.
• Document all maintenance activities and compliance inspections.
