Key Responsibilities
· Conduct thorough inspections and high-quality repairs of building structures
· Execute preventive maintenance tasks for building fabric systems
· Assist in the development of maintenance schedules and strategies
· Coordinate with the Building Fabric / Civil Supervisor on major repair projects
· Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and standards
· Train and mentor junior technicians to uphold high standards of service and safety
· Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports
Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications and Experience
· Minimum of 6-8 years of hands-on experience as a technician in luxury facilities maintenance
· Extensive knowledge of building structures and maintenance practices
· Advanced technical skills and a focus on continuous improvement and innovation
· Technical certification or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field
· Professional appearance and demeanor, embodying Sindalah’s commitment to excellence
· Strong English skills, both written and verbal, are mandatory
