We are seeking a WordPress Developer with strong proficiency in Elementor to join a client's team. In this role, you will focus on mid-phase tasks such as content implementation, making minor revisions, and ensuring mobile responsiveness. You'll support the initial design mockups and website setup provided by the Director of Web Development. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented with a strong working knowledge of basic CSS/HTML and the ability to maintain consistency with established visual and technical standards. Though JavaScript and PHP are not central to this role, occasional use may be required. We prioritize visual precision and speed over versatile coding skills in this position. Responsibilities:
- Elementor-Based Development: Implement content, adjust layouts, and fine-tune website details using Elementor, ensuring visual consistency and mobile responsiveness.
- Mobile Responsiveness: Ensure websites are optimized for mobile devices, maintaining alignment with design mockups and client feedback.
- Content Implementation & Revisions: Implement design changes and content updates based on a detailed to-do list from the Director of Web Development.
- Client Service Requests: Manage service tickets from clients, implementing requested updates and troubleshooting issues as they arise.
- Website Monitoring: Regularly check existing client sites for issues, broken links, and visual inconsistencies.
- Collaboration with Director: Work closely with the Director of Web Development to implement final design tweaks and ensure that websites are polished and ready for launch.

- Website Maintenance: Experience with monitoring and maintaining live websites, including troubleshooting issues.
- Project Management Tools: Familiarity with tools such as ClickUp for task management and Slack for communication is preferred.
- Client Services: Ability to handle multiple client requests and service tickets efficiently.
What Does a Typical Day Look Like?
Your day will begin by reviewing tasks in ClickUp, where the Director of Web Development will delegate tasks and provide feedback. You’ll spend time implementing content, fine-tuning website details, and ensuring mobile responsiveness. Throughout the day, you’ll manage client service requests submitted through a service-ticket system, implementing updates and resolving any issues that arise. Additionally, any remaining time will be spent monitoring existing client websites to check for broken links, visual inconsistencies, or minor issues.
