Responsibilities:

• Convert design mockups into fully functional WordPress websites.
  
• Implement responsive design principles to ensure websites work on all devices.
  
• Optimize website performance, ensuring fast load times and a smooth user experience.
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve website issues, including plugin conflicts and bugs.
  
• Collaborate with designers, product owner, and other developers to deliver high-quality projects on time.
  
• Ensure websites follow best practices for SEO, security, and accessibility.
  
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in WordPress development.
  

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in WordPress development.
  
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
  
• Experience with WordPress theme and plugin development.
  
• Familiarity with front-end frameworks like Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS.
  
• Understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development.
  
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and website optimization techniques.
  
• Basic understanding of PHP frameworks like CodeIgniter / Laravel
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  
• Excellent communication skills.
  

Preferred Qualifications:
