Wireless Solution Manager

Main Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and manage Radio Access Network (RAN) solutions to meet the needs of our clients.
• Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support.
• Generate detailed network design documentation and work with project management teams to ensure successful implementation.
• Provide technical leadership and expertise in the area of RAN, including 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G technologies.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the wireless industry and RAN technologies.
• Proven work experience as a RAN Engineer or similar role in the wireless industry.
• In-depth knowledge of RAN technologies including 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G.
• Strong understanding of wireless network architecture, protocols, and standards.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong analytical mindset.
• Strong communication and team management skills.

Professional and Business Knowledge:

Wireless Technologies: Comprehensive understanding of wireless technologies including 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G. Familiarity with the evolution and application of these technologies in various industries.

Technical Understanding: Ability to understand technical specifications of wireless products and services. This includes understanding how different technologies can benefit different customers and how to communicate these benefits effectively.

Industry Knowledge: Up-to-date knowledge of the wireless industry, including emerging trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory environment. Ability to use this knowledge to identify opportunities and threats.

Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successfully closing deals. Ability to negotiate contracts that are beneficial to both the company and the customer.

Project Management: Experience in managing projects from inception to completion, coordinating with different departments, and ensuring deliverables are met on time and within budget.

Qualification and Experience:

Degree: Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field with Minimum 5 years of Experience.

Industry Certifications (Preferred): Certifications related to wireless technologies or sales management can be an added advantage. Example HCIA/ HCIP 5G & LTE or other relevant Certifications.
