Position: Warehouse Operators

Location: Reko Diq Mine Site Balochistan

Qualification:

High school diploma or equivalent. Relevant certifications in warehouse operations are a plus.

Experience:

1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or material handling role, preferably within the mining or industrial sector.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in inventory management software (experience with SAP, Oracle, or similar systems is a plus).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling stock.

Responsibilities:

• Receive and inspect incoming goods, ensuring they are in good condition and match purchase orders.
• Record details of incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining accurate inventory records.
• Check cargo and ensure the weight of the cargo aligns with packaging lists and stock management requirements.
• Operate within the company's inventory management system to update stock levels and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and participate in physical stock audits.
• Maintain organized and secure storage of all items, ensuring proper stock rotation
• Prepare and stage shipments according to schedules and deadlines, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Load and unload trucks, ensuring careful handling of products to avoid damage.
• Cross-check documentation to ensure accurate inventory tracking and compliance with shipping standards.
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and workstations.
• Maintain detailed records of all transactions, ensuring timely and accurate data entry into the inventory system.
• Assist in generating reports for stock levels, orders, and discrepancies.
• Weight truck as per customs requirement and input weight in WeBOC system
• Share weighment strip with supervisor so that it can be submitted to customs officer at site for further processing
• Load and unload cargo keeping safety as priority.
