Job Summary:

The Warehouse Executive oversees the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods in the warehouse. This role ensures inventory accuracy, compliance with safety standards, and the smooth execution of warehouse operations to meet organizational goals. The position involves supervising the storage system, optimizing space utilization, and maintaining inventory control.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct periodic stock audits.
• Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams for timely replenishment and dispatch.
• Monitor warehouse equipment and ensure its proper maintenance.
• Implement and ensure adherence to safety and security protocols in the warehouse.
• Optimize storage space and streamline processes to improve operational efficiency.
• Supervise and train warehouse staff to improve productivity and accuracy.
