User Acquisition Specialist - Hybrid

Were looking for a User Acquisition Specialist iin Lahore who can play a key role in our customer success strategy. This role offers a hybrid work arrangement, combining 3 days at our Model Town office with the flexibility of working from home for 2 days each week.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and effectively to user inquiries and feedback
Test and manage user acquisition channels and strategies to attract and retain a diverse user base.
Develop and implement creative, organic growth strategies to expand reach and engagement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless user onboarding and engagement.
Analyze user data and metrics to inform strategic decision-making and optimize acquisition efforts.
Conduct user segmentation and manage DRIP campaigns and automation for targeted communication.
Clearly communicate performance data and KPIs to leadership, ensuring transparency and alignment on goals. Requirements:
Strong communication skills with proficiency in American English, capable of engaging prospects effectively
Adaptable and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
Passionate about delivering exceptional user experiences
Creative and proactive in user acquisition strategies and growing the user base
2 years proven experience in successful user acquisition or related fields
Proficient in analyzing and utilizing large data sets for strategic decision-making
Familiarity with Customer Communications Platform (CCP) tools
Bachelors degree in public relations, marketing, communications, English, journalism, or a similar discipline
Requirements:
