Unit Head - Operations Monitoring Unit

Eligibility:

ACCA/ CA Part Qualified (Degree / Certification in data analytics is preferable)

Experience:

Minimum 7 to 8 years relevant Banking Experience

Skills Required:

• Sound understanding of SBP regulations and Bank's Policies and Procedures
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Excellent analytical abilities to compile, structure and examine substantial data sets 
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong understanding of Meezan Banks systems, Products and services
• Ability to lead a team of 3-4 individuals and deliver assignments on time

Responsibilities:

• Identify root cause for regulatory non-compliance.
• Recommend remedial measures to mitigate risks.
• Develop remediation plans in coordination with relevant stakeholders. 
• Assist respective stakeholders in remediation of exceptions identified.   
• Explore and Analyze data using statistical tools and techniques.
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate the insights and findings to stakeholders and Management Committees.
