About the job Unit Head HR & Consultancy (H-582)
Job Description:
Ensure the timely completion of deliverables on all assigned consultancy projects, adherent to project scope and timelines, with excellent customer satisfaction feedback score resulting in repeat business, product subscriptions, and referral business.
Prepare consulting project proposals, presentations, and reports and prepare core consulting products such as HR Manuals, Job Evaluation Manuals, JD Manuals, Total Reward Survey Reports, Organizational Re-Structuring Reports, etc.
Provide consulting support for the identification of business opportunities, exploring leads, and bringing in fresh consultancy business for the company contributing to Consultancy revenues and cross-selling other products and services.
