UIUX Designer

We are looking for a creative and motivated UI/UX Designer to join the Reloadux Studio team. Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop user-centered design solutions.
  
• Assist in the creation of research boards, user personas, and journey maps to inform design direction.
  
• Help develop and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency and cohesion across projects.
  
• Apply UI (User Interface) and UX (User Experience) principles effectively, understanding their distinct roles.
  
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs that align with project objectives.
  
• Document design processes, implement  feedback, and iteratively refine designs.
  
• Conduct ongoing research to stay current with emerging design trends, tools, and best practices.
  

UI/UX Designer (2-3 Years of Experience)

Core Skill Requirements:

1. Design Thinking:
   
   Great understanding of the design thinking framework, including problem definition, ideation, prototyping, and user testing.
   
   
2. UI/UX Fundamentals:
   
   Strong knowledge of fundamental UI/UX principles and the ability to differentiate and apply them effectively in design solutions.
   
   
3. Technical Proficiency:
   
   Expertise in using design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or other similar platforms to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
   
   
4. Design Systems:
   
   Basic experience in developing and maintaining design systems to ensure consistency and efficiency across products.
   
   
5. User Research:
   
   Capability to conduct user research, gather meaningful insights, and produce research artifacts that inform design decisions.
   
   
6. Collaboration:
   
   Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team, collaborating with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders.
   
   
7. Documentation:
   
   Proficient in creating and maintaining clear design documentation, ensuring alignment and transparency across teams and phases of the project.
   
   
8. Incorporating Feedback:
   
   Receptive to constructive feedback, with the ability to iterate on designs based on input and insights from stakeholders and users.
   
   
9. Trend Awareness:
   
   A passion for staying up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques to continuously refine and enhance design practices.
