Position Purpose:

Seeking an adept UI/UX Designer with a knack for crafting engaging digital experiences. The ideal candidate will excel in user-centric design, adeptly creating intuitive videos and interfaces, and possess a portfolio showcasing diverse projects. Responsible for maintaining social media presence and user needs into compelling designs and collaborating cross-functionally for project success.

Education & Professional Qualification:

  • Degree(s)/Major(s): Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Relevant Field of design and development
  • Certification(s): Not mandatory, but certification in a relevant field is a plus.
Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or related fields preferred.
  • 2+ year to 4 Years proven work experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:

  • Create user-centric designs in line with industry trends.
  • Proficiently useFigmaandAdobe toolsespeciallyPremier Proforvideo Editingand design.
  • Apply social media design principles and vector art to UI/UX.
  • Design intuitive dashboards and interfaces.
  • Develop detailed wireframes for functionality visualization.
  • Strategize social media design elements for branding.
  • Optimize UI/UX for seamlesssocial mediaintegration.
  • Conduct comprehensive user research to understand behaviors and preferences.
  • Collaborate closely with users to iterate and refine designs based on feedback.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless user experiences.
  • Conduct rigorous usability testing to gather insights for design improvements.
  • Analyze user feedback and data to enhance overall user experience.
  • Ensure consistency and coherence in user experience across all touchpoints.
  • Stay aware of emerging UI/UX trends andvideo editingtechniques to integrate them effectively.
  • Document and communicate design decisions, ensuring user needs are met.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe Premiere Pro is mandatory.


  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.


  • Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high quality designs.


  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS and frontend development principles (beneficial).


  • Familiarity with social media design principles.


  • Capability to create user-centric designs aligned with industry trends.


  • Experience in crafting intuitive interfaces and dashboard designs.


  • Strong skills in visual design, layout, vector art and typography.


  • Creating comprehensive wireframes for functionality visualization.


  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with teams.


  • Integrating feedback into design iterations and video content.
