Job Description:
1. Daily Transport Operation Management:
o Handle routine activities including managing No Record
/Not Live cases and verifying Handover Receiving's for both
Internal and 3PL operations.
o Coordinate and verify status updates for Internal Stakeholders.

2. Coordination with 3PL Partners:
o Share Handover Receiving details with respective 3PL partners.
o Coordinate with Vendor OPS
/3PL stakeholders for Marketplace pickups and address Fail DRTV
s issues.
3. Protocol Adherence:
o Ensure adherence to defined protocols for package handovers,
returns, rejects receiving, and movement of Marketplace
Sellers.
4. Backlog Management:
o Share backlog details with internal stakeholders and 3PL part
ners on a regular basis.
o Manage rejects received packages for sorting and warehousing.
5. Performance Monitoring and SLA Adherence:
o Ensure 3PL partners manage reverse backlog effectively.
o Reconcile Proof of Delivery (POD) for package journey closure
within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
6. Additional Tasks:
o Undertake any other tasks or alignments assigned by managemen
t related to daily transport operations and logistics
management.
o Provide regular status updates to internal stakeholders.
Education: Bachelors.
