About the job Transport Department Intern
Job Description
Managing ground activities for daily transport operations including daily 3PL pickups, 3PL staff, and vehicle availability (Day/Night Shifts).
Sharing daily booking handover details to respective 3PLs.
Coordinating with internal and 3PL stakeholders for smooth pickups/handovers.
Ensuring adherence to defined protocols involved in package handover cut-offs/3PL pickups cut-offs requirements.
Managing routine activities for daily transport operations including No Record/Not Live cases, Handover Receiving verifications for Internal & 3PLs / Status Updates for Internal Stakeholders.
Sharing Handover Receiving details to respective 3PLs.
Sharing Backlog with Internal stakeholders (Day/Night Shifts).
Assisting the claims team in day-to-day seller claims.
Making sure all claims compliances are being followed for the resolution.
Support in the daily tasks and ad-hoc requirements from Key Account Managers.
Support in reporting.
Other tasks/additional alignments assigned by the Management.
