Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal teams and external technology partners to enhance and refine technology  solutions and infrastructures, ensuring support for scalable business operations.
• Oversee the daily management of technology issues that impact business operations and customer experiences, ensuring quick resolution and minimal downtime.
• Act as the first line of defense in identifying, diagnosing, and resolving technical problems across the bank's infrastructure, network, and security systems.
• Monitor system performance, anticipate potential issues, and implement preventive measures to maintain high availability and reliability.
• Work closely with the engineering teams to align technology solutions with business needs, ensuring seamless integration and efficient deployment of new technologies.
• Take accountability of SLAs and Performance Metrics while managing external partners. 
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation related to network architecture, security policies, and operational procedures.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to data security and privacy.
